Charming house with its private heated pool. 4 to 6 people, a first bedroom: 140 bed, + a large bedroom: a 160 bed and a trundle bed (2x90). Shower room with shower. Living room with kitchen area. Neat decoration. Fireplace. Privileged location. On fully enclosed grounds: it is possible to return the vehicle. Two terraces for maximum sunshine. Quiet. At the foot of the forest and bike paths and close to shops. Beach by a pleasant pedestrian (or bicycle) path through the forest. Any comfort: a foldable baby bed, barbecue, microwave, washing machine, tv, board games, outdoor furniture, possibility of end of stay cleaning (+90 euros) and possibility of renting household linen and extra baby bed. Pets welcome.

Nice stay

We had a good stay at the property. The house is a bit out dated and has no wifi. Needs a bit of refurbishment. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was solved quickly by the owner. The garden and swimming pool is fantastic. Location also very good. We loved the island. So many lovely beaches and little towns.

Schönes Haus, sehr privat, tolle Terrasse & Pool

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Haus, Pool und Garten sind toll und wie beschrieben. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem komplett geschlossenem GrundstĂŒck frei bewegen. Der Kontakt und der Empfang waren super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal. Das Haus liegt ruhig in 2. Reihe und bietet auch von der Lage her, alles, was man braucht. NĂ€he zum Strand und Radwegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, u.s.w. Das Einzige, was wir teilweise als wirklich störend empfunden haben, war eine recht nah gelegene KlĂ€ranlage, die im Wald gegenĂŒber liegt. Man sieht die gar nicht, aber man riecht sie. Nicht immer, aber je nach Wetter, Wind und AktivitĂ€t doch manchmal deutlich. Das finden wir fĂŒr ein Haus in der Lage und Preisklasse als zwingend erwĂ€hnenswert im Inserat... und deshalb gibt es auch nicht die "alle Sterne". Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans une maison au calme et oĂč tout le confort est prĂ©sent avec une trĂšs belle piscine au sel bien chauffĂ©e. L'ocĂ©an est Ă  1,2 km facilement accessible via une piste cyclable. De trĂšs belles vacances!!!

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© totalement déçu ! PremiĂšrement le jour avant notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons fait un message pour prĂ©venir de +/- l'heure d'arrivĂ©e, la personne n'Ă©tait pas au courant de la rĂ©servation ! DeuxiĂšmement, nous sommes arrivĂ©s, aucun accueil les clĂ©s se trouvaient dans un boitier. Ensuite dĂšs l'ouverture nous avons dĂ©chantĂ© !! la maison Ă©tait dĂ©gueulasse nous avons mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© racheter des assiettes, couverts, etc ! Nous avons du procĂ©der Ă  un nettoyage totale dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e aprĂšs 8h de route SUPER ! Ensuite la piscine n'Ă©tait pas chauffĂ©e nous n'avons presque pas Ă©tĂ© dedans ... Un soir il pleuvait sur l'Ăźle et surprise il pleuvait Ă©galement Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ! Pour terminer, nous sommes partis plus tĂŽt et nous avons du encore payĂ© le nettoyage ! LA BLAGUE ! Nous gardons un trĂšs mauvais souvenir des nos vacances !

PlutÎt agréable

La maison a de vrais atouts: ses deux terrasses, la piscine est superbe, le terrain est clos et elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Dommage que la maison n’est pas Ă©tĂ© nickel (nous avons trouvĂ© pas loin de 5/6 araignĂ©es, des toiles et nous avons dĂ» relaver les tables intĂ©rieures et extĂ©rieures). La dĂ©convenue c’est une maison en construction sur la gauche du terrain, qui nous a occasionnĂ© quelques nuisances sonores mais qui heureusement n’ont pas duré

Gorgeous

Beautiful location, we had such a lovely time. The pool is excellent and we made full use of it during our stay. Property is exactly as described, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We know the La palmyre region well and the fire was an excellent location to this area, beaches are beautiful, so close and we really enjoyed exploring the island by bike. Thank you to fanny for her corespondence she was on hand to answer any questions we may have despite our lack of French speaking. Would totally recommend to anyone . Thank u

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch in der Umgebung (großer Supermarkt ca. 5 km entfernt) Das Haus an sich ist schön,die Endreinigung könnte aber sorgfĂ€ltiger sein. Der Pool wurde einmal in 2 Wochen gereinigt. Auf jeden Fall etwas gegen Fliegen mitnehmen,diese waren in Massen vorhanden und sehr nervig. Das GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt,also perfekt wenn man mit dem Hund verreist

Toujours sous le charme...

Un second sĂ©jour Ă  la ParenthĂšse, dans cette maison pleine de charme que nous avons retrouvĂ©e avec plaisir cette annĂ©e. Sa situation dans ce bel environnement aux milieux diversifiĂ©s ( forĂȘt, marais, plage), le calme environnant, la quiĂ©tude, les chants d’oiseaux dont celui de l’Engoulevent au crĂ©puscule...sans oublier les plaisirs de la baignade dans la piscine, et des hĂŽtes attentifs, mĂȘme Ă  distance, Ă  votre bien ĂȘtre, font que nous l’avons quittĂ©e avec regret ...

Un parenthùse que l’on a du mal à refermer

Un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette maison au calme qui nous invite de par son exposition au soleil Ă  profiter un maximum de la piscine. Les pistes cyclables Ă  proximitĂ© offre un point de dĂ©part Ă  de nombreuses randonnĂ©es. La plage accessible Ă  pied ou Ă  quelques coups de pĂ©dales m’a permis de pratiquer un peu de bodyboard. Le jardin clos est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour mes chats qui ont pu profiter des vacances. L’amĂ©nagement de la maison est accueillant. Je n’arrive pas Ă  fermer cette parenthĂšse car l’envie de rester ou de revenir est intense.

Maison de vacances agréable pour notre semaine passée sur Oléron en août 21. La maison est bien équipée pour rendre le séjour agréable, proche d'une piste cyclable pour se rendre à la mer ou dans le centre de Grand-Village-Plage.

Une maison bien agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  l’orĂ©e de la forĂȘt et Ă  proximitĂ© de l'ocĂ©an. Clos de murs, le jardin et la terrasse Ă©taient trĂšs sĂ©curisants pour nos compagnons Ă  quatre pattes, et la piscine chauffĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e. J'ai passé un excellent séjour!

La propriĂ©tĂ© est idĂ©alement placĂ©e grĂące Ă  un petit sentier qui mĂšne directement Ă  une magnifique plage, aprĂšs une dizaine de minutes de marche dans la forĂȘt. On a pu surfer en toute tranquillitĂ© tous les jours. La piscine chauffĂ©e est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Quand Ă  la maison, elle est charmante tout comme l'Ăźle d'OlĂ©ron.

Maison trÚs agréable et trÚs bien meublée (équipements et déco). Piscine récente. Jardin clos trÚs agréable. Grande plage exposée ouest et peu fréquentée accessible en moins de 20 min à pied par un chemin goudronné sous les bois. Proximité de Grand-Village (tous commerces). Proximité de deux écoles de surf.
