Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 50 m² flat for rent, situated in the heart of the village of Chinaillon in Le Grand-Bornand, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms (two of which are adjoining), a bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a sofa, a dining table and a fireplace area (not in working order).
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, ceramic hob and everything you need in terms of crockery and kitchen utensils
- Bedrooms 1 to 3: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom and toilet with a washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate toilet

Outside:
- A south-west-facing balcony

Please note that the fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only.

The neighbourhood
Its proximity to both hiking trails and the village makes it very popular. The flat is just a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants

Transport
- If you’re travelling by car, you can park in the private car park.
- Free shuttle buses connect Chinaillon to the village of Le Grand Bornand (6 km) and La Clusaz (12 km), allowing you to get around even without a car.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest SNCF railway station: Annecy (40 km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km)
- Coach station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
