It is a three-storey chalet for 10 guests in five bedrooms, with four bathrooms. Four of the five bedrooms have doors to a sunny terrace or balcony, so that you can enjoy the fabulous views wherever you are in the house. And with four stylish bath and shower rooms, you'll never have to wait your turn! A sauna is also available for you to relax after a long day exploring the mountains.
We particularly like the family suite on the top floor - a spacious double room with a cosy seating area, a twin room under the eaves for children and a shared shower room. The double room opens on to the covered balcony at the top of the house, so gets the best views!
The cosy living area is a wonderful place to get together at the end of the day, and the dining table, positioned to make the most of the view, is sure to be the scene of many happy meals together.
Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.
PARKING: there is a space in the garage to park one vehicle, and 2 spaces outside. Any additional vehicle should be parked near the Communaille bus stop, only 200m away. Please note: given the number of stairs and levels at the property, this rental is not suitable for people in a wheelchair. The 4-star certification is for 8 adults, but the chalet can comfortably welcome 10 adults. There is one bedroom under the eaves.
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Très beau chalet, idéal pour un séjour en famille.
Le chalet est placé sur le versant ensoleillé du Grand Bornand, et nous avons pu admirer le magnifique lever de soleil sur les Aravis pendant le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et bien équipées. Il y a suffisamment de salles de bains pour le nombre de couchages. En outre, le chalet est bien équipé pour les bébés et les enfants. OVO Network est une plateforme très professionnelle et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille, avec enfants et petits-enfants.

Excellent séjour
Très beau chalet rénové et spacieux à proximité du village du Grand Bornand. La vue sur les montagnes est exceptionnelle. Bus à proximité pour rejoindre facilement les remontées. Nous étions 3 familles avec des jeunes enfants et avons passé un très bon séjour.

Just perfect
A superb chalet, for a wonderful start of the new year with our family and friends. Very comfortable. Mandy, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back again.
