"Very walkable and convenient location. Felt like we were locals. Was a bit difficult for Ubers / taxis to locate on a map, just because it was tucked away on a side street, but no big deal. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. "

"I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "
