  • New apartment (delivery December 10, 2019)
    The slopes are accessible 200 meters away, O'dycéa wellness center (spa, baths and massages) at the foot of the building, all shops 200 meters away.

    A bedroom with a large bed - A closed cabin area - A shower room - Separate WC - Equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senséo pod machine, kettle.

    Living dining room with sofa bed for 2 people. 43 "flat screen TV.
    As the apartment is in delivery at the start of December, we guarantee that all the furniture and bedding will be new as soon as the season opens.
    For the winter season, the resort offers more than 100 km of pistes on 56 pistes. Liaison with Super Dévoluy. Cross-country skiing.

    On arrival, we provide a concierge service at your disposal. This concierge is responsible for handing you the keys on Rendez-Vous with reception, presentation of the apartment, inventory of arrival and departure.
    It also offers optional rental of sheets, towels and linens. Baby equipment rental is also possible. The concierge access is 50 meters from the apartment. Our holidaymakers can also opt for a final cleaning billed at 66 € or for cleaning by themselves. In this case, the apartment must be made "ready to re-let".
    Finally, for the comfort of your vehicle, we offer the possibility of an individual closed garage (box) in the residence with access to the apartment level by lift. This service is invoiced upon reservation:
         - between 80 € and 100 € the week in winter season from December 14, 2019 to April 10, 2020,
         - € 60 on other periods from April 11 to December 5, 2020
    Free outdoor parking at the foot of the residence is also available.

Au pied des pistes !

Très chouette logement où nous avons séjourné à 4 adultes et un petit enfant. Grande terrasse qui permet d’être un peu à l’extérieur. Très bien équipé et à 5 minutes des pistes et commerces ! Tout pour passer un excellent séjour ! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Residence neuve qui mérite neanmoins quelques aménagements..detecteur éclairage et banc dans local ski. Grooms de porte bien montés...sinon appartement bien aménagé et confortable...manque le wifi pour les geeks😉😉...bref globalement très satisfait..
