New beach and center house, in a quiet cul-de-sac

  • Our bright house, in a quiet cul-de-sac, is a comfortable cocoon from which you can walk in less than 5 minutes, to the beach, to the shops, play tennis or padel, or even ride a horse.
    Come and discover the magnificent Baie de Somme, and all the activities it allows, in all seasons.
    The spacious entrance distributes on the ground floor: the living room overlooking the garden with living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer area, extractor hood, cooking utensils and dishes)
    A generous bathroom with walk-in shower
    A separate toilet
    A pantry with washing machine

    Upstairs, accessible by a comfortable staircase
    3 bedrooms including a master suite, with 140x190 beds, 220x240 duvets and pillows
    a bathroom with bathtub

    an office or relaxation area

    A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge for baby.
    You have the possibility to have sheets at the rate of 20€ per bed, to be booked a few days before your arrival
    Bath mats and kitchen towels are on site.

    Outside, the enclosed and wooded garden with terraces, barbecue and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sunny days.

    At the front of the house, 2 parking spaces await you on our grounds.

Excellent hébergement conforme a l'annonce.Très bien situé et proche du centre ville (10 mn a pieds)Parking pour 2 véhicules situé juste Par contre il serait bien d'avoir un portillon pour l'acces direct au jardin afin de pouvoir y deposer les velos.
