Dizavel Holiday Home with Terrace and Garden

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with garden view, separate toilet, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The house offers a TV, washing machine, step-free indoor access, and family-friendly amenities: baby bed, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, children’s dishes, potty, toilet reducer, stroller, toys, children’s books, and board games.



Relax in the private garden and on the open terrace, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. Please note the garden is not yet fully enclosed.



You have a parking space in front of the attached garage and additional spaces on the street. In the garage, you’ll find children’s beach toys, a canoe-kayak, and fishing gear.



The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 3-minute walk from the sea and Saint Goustan beach, and 15-20 minutes’ walk from the market square (Place Dinan) in Le Croisic’s center. Nearby, discover an oceanarium, horse riding, a tourist train, seafood restaurants, various sea activities, and salt marshes.



Pets are not allowed, parties are prohibited, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
