Appartement très bien placé, face à la mer, plutôt bien agencé et ayant tout le confort nécessaire (avec box pour véhicule).
Peu de chose, un problème de volet roulant non résolu à regarder
Appartement calme (séjour en mai) avec une magnifique vue sur l'océan.
Il est bien équipé, la literie est confortable (le canapé un peu moins) et la communication avec l'agence a été top. Facilité de remise des clés (malgré une arrivée beaucoup plus tardive que prévue).
Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un couple ou un couple avec 2 enfants.

L'accueil et la sortie par l'organisme Hoomy a été très sympathique.
Les locataires précédents n'avaient pas nettoyé correctement la vaisselle en particulier... Il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, il faut donc utiliser un produit à vaisselle et de l'eau chaude !
Cela doit être trop complexe pour certains.
Très bon accueil à notre arrivée par maryline. Appartement très bien situé en face de la mer,vue magnifique de la terrasse. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Bien équipé il y a une machine à laver (pas dans l'annonce).
Le seul gros point négatif est la place de parking il n'y en a pas réservé à l'appartement et il n'y a aucune place visiteur dans cette copropriété une aberration. Il y a un garage indiqué dans l'annonce mais il est éloigné. J'avais pris cette location avec garage pour y mettre nos 3 vélos, le coffre de toit et l'attelage porte vélos. Mais impossible de rentrer la voiture avec tout le reste. Il fallait donc à chaque fois essayer de trouver une place sur l'herbe ( 2 à 3 places max) ou prendre la place réservée à une autre personne et risquer de se prendre un mot. En plus de nombreux propriétaires qui ont un garage prenaient aussi les quelques places vacantes la journée.
A part cela très bon séjour.
