VACATION HOME NEAR THE CITY CENTER AND THE BEACH

  • At Château D'Oléron, in the south of the island, at the entrance to the bridge, rent house with private and enclosed garden
    800 metres from the shops and one of the beaches, market every Sunday morning.
    Located in a small condominium with free parking.
    You will find all the comfort to accommodate 4 people looking for a real holiday
    The house includes:
    1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160, TV and dressing room
    1 bedroom with 2 electric beds of 80, TV
    1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher, dining area, living room, veranda with table
    1 toilet
    1 bathroom
    Reversible air conditioning
    Terrace, garden furniture, plancha
    Pets allowed within reason and well behaved (to be seen at the time of booking)
    Non-smoking rental inside
    ATTENTION: Household linen, bed linen and towels not provided, bring your duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets, tea towels.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison. Elle était très propre et très convivial pour 4 personnes et un petit chien qui a profité du jardinOn est prêt de toutes les commodités : magasins, marchés, piste cyclable…Nous avons profité du jardin pour tous nos repas.
