"Good hotel"

"L'accueil était très agréable, nous aurions aimé une chaise de plus dans la chambre, il n'y avait pas de support pour les valises, pas de brosse pour les wc, la literie est de bonne qualité et la chambre très propre, je suis satisfait de mon séjour "

"The welcome was good from the pleasant owners. The Manoir is an impressive historic building set in its own grounds and surrounded by a housing estate. We were shown up to our room up a steep winding stone staircase up to the attic or turret room. This room had an ensuite. The decor and finish to the room was poor and not to our taste. Rather gloomy. But the room was warm and the bed OK. No glasses to drink from. No soap dish. Not particularly clean. (But we do appreciate how difficult it is to keep beamed rooms clean). When we entered our room, our reactions were "what have we booked! ?". The breakfast was unappealing. The breakfast room was interesting but a little odd! The owners are clearly trying hard, but we are sorry this was not a good trip for us. Good luck in your endeavors."

"As on previous visits, friendly reception staff, very welcoming. Room clean and comfortable, good shower. Delicious evening meal and breakfast with plenty of choice. Secure parking. Good location for supermarket, fuel and local sights."

"The standard room was slightly cramped and looked and felt a bit tatty décor wise with cheap furniture. You had to ring a phone a phone on the reception desk to gt a reception to come over from the adjoining hotel. Makes you feel inferior to those staying in the adjoining hotel. There only appeared to be one member of staff in the breakfast area which meant tables were often waiting to be cleared and relaid for other guests"

"Great stay for Le Mans. Laval is a beautiful city. The air quality inside the room was not the best if you have allergies or asthma. "
