A beautiful apartment with a beautiful view

LA PARENTHÈSE is a large, beautiful and well-maintained apartment. We had a very warm welcome, and the hostess is very friendly. We really enjoyed this beautiful apartment, the view is breathtaking.

Prima accommodatie

Wij hadden een prima verblijf in deze accommodatie. Alles was aanwezig zoals beschreven en netjes. Het appartement ligt dichtbij het meer, maar niet te voet toegankelijk door de drukke weg die er tussen loopt. De ontvangst en communicatie met de eigenaars verliep prima. Leuke vakantie gehad, prachtige regio om in te vertoeven!

Schöne Lager, aber viel Verkehrslärm.

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Nur die unterhalb gelegene Straße ist viel befahren und erzeugt Dauerverkehrslärm. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich, die Küchenausstattung sehr lückenhaft.

Apparemment vaste, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Propriétaires accueillants, sympathiques et à l écoute. Petit bémol toutefois la proximité de la route Générant parfois un certain bruit. Le cadre magnifique et la proximité du lac ayant apaisé quelque peu ce petit désagrément.

A cool stay in Le Bourget du Lac!

The adverst on Abritel does this appartment justice: what you see is what you get. The view over the lake is very nice. The appartment has a lot of aminities, though we felt that the frying-pans were somewhat worn. It was VERY hot during our stay, so we really welcomed the airconditioning in the appartment. The big window overlooking the lake is very exposed to the sun during the morning and cannot be obscured (no curtains or blinds), which we found a bit uncomfortable as it would still generate some heat coming in. A simple curtain would be helpful during these hours of the day. All the other windows had roll-down shutters, which were very effective to keep the heat out. The road in front of the property is indeed rather busy during the day. It was not so much the noise that bothered us as the fact that it made it very unattractive to try and get to the lake on foot. We had bikes with us and if you are cautious, you can use them to get to the lake and/or the town centre. The 50 km/h zone starts just in front of the building. Otherwise you have to go by car, which is not that much of problem as we could always find a spot to park. Both the lake and the town centre are just a couple of minutes. The announcement on Abritel was generally very clear but only left us wondering whether we would have to bring bed linen or not. This was quickly resolved by the landlady: she provided for it. The appartment is on the second floor of the building and the building itself is on a hill as well. The parking is at the bottom of the property, so be prepared for a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. The landlady very kindly offered to help us with our luggage, though! All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The appartment is very close to the lake and other places of interest, is well equipped and has airconditioning. We were there in the middle of the high-season, which we felt justified the relatively high price per week.

Tolle familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit direktem Blick auf See und Alpen

Der tolle Blick aus der breiten Fensterfront und der schöne Südbalkon entschädigen die nahe Straße, die morgens und abends recht laut sein kann. Küche und Ausstattung einwandfrei. Klimaanlagen tipptopp. Tischtennis und DVD/CD vorhanden. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge an den ganzen See (15 Minuten nach Aix-les-Bains und Chambéry, eine Stunde nach Annecy und Grenoble). Ganz nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber vor Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert! Eine Woche ist bei gutem Wetter fast zu wenig...

Très belle location

L’appartement est très lumineux avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac du Bourget. Les chambres sont confortables et douillettes. L’etat général est impeccable. Les lieux sont très bien entretenus. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Lac du Bourguet und schneebedeckten Alpen

Wir haben hier unsere Herbstferien in der Ferienregion rund um den Lac du Bourget verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, hell, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos. Auf Englisch und sogar etwas Deutsch, sodass man nicht erst Französisch lernen muß. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit. Super Wetter, einige schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

un super séjour

L'appartement est cosy, confortable, douillet et très bien équipé, parfait pour les familles, tout y est : le lit bébé, la chaise haute et même le pot ! Dans la cuisine non plus rien ne manque pour des soirées sympa : l'appareil à raclette notamment, on est à la montagne toute de même! D'ailleurs on ne peut pas la louper la montagne la vue est superbe sur le lac. Rajoutez l'accueil d'Emilie et le séjour est parfait. On a même trouvé un peu de neige pour faire du ski !
