  • Near Veules les Roses and ideally located 3 kms from the largest sandy beach of the Alabaster Coast, enjoy the green and quiet setting of this house offering a large living room of 48m² composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room equipped with a large sofa, TV (free access to Disney+) and pellet stove.
    A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a laundry room and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.
    Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed (160x190) and connected TV (free access to Disney+). Then 2 other bedrooms in a row, the first with 2 single beds (90x190) and the second with a double bed (160x190).
    In the village, a café-brasserie-grocery store awaits you to eat.
    In the surrounding area, there is no shortage of activities: sea and beach, hiking trails, Miromesnil Castle, Dieppe Museum, visit to Veules les Roses, etc...

Short but pleasant stay

We arrived very late but the instructions sent by Sandrine were excellent and we were able to access the property easily to find everything clean and ready for us (including a bottle of Normandy cider!) Sandrine visited the next day to explain everything and she made us feel very welcome. As the weather was chilly, the heater came in handy and was easy to operate. The gîte was well equipped, with everything we could need. Unfortunately we were in a car crash on the first day of our holiday so we had to return to the UK unexpectedly early. Sandrine was very understanding and helpful. We hope to return someday.

Maison agréable et récemment rénovée disposant de ce dont on a besoin si l'on souhaite notamment cuisiner sur place (il manquait simplement un pied mixeur ce que nous avons signalé pour les futurs occupants).Bien située pour visiter cette jolie région!Hote agréable et réactif (conciergerie).

Logement au calme, fonctionnel, bien situé pour découvrir les alentours. Très bon contact avec Sandrine, responsable de la conciergerie, présente en cas de besoin et surtout généreuse en conseils et bons plans.

Nous avons été accueilli par Sandrine qui nous a conseillé parfaitement et était toujours disponible. Le gite est magnifique et très bien équipé. Calme et sérénité sont les maitres mots de l'endroit. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en Normandie. Encore une fois merci à Sandrine et à la propriétaire de ce beau gite.

Maison très agréable et très confortable. Nous y avons passé un très chouette séjour. Tout était conforme à nos attentes notamment pour l’équipement de la maison. Les modalités d’accueil et de départ étaient aussi parfaites.

Gite très cosy et bien équipé, parfait aussi avec de jeunes enfants.

A qq minutes en voiture de la jolie pte ville de Veules les Roses, ainsi que d’autres stations balnéaires ou curiosités. Agréable de retrouver cette jolie maison bien chauffée au retour dune balade sous la pluie. En été, il doit y faire bon également, en profitant d’un joli jardin bien clôturé et agrémenté d’une terrasse. Equipement bébé au grand complet, le tout parfaitement propre. Une sympathique boulangerie et pts commerces de proximité accessibles à pieds. Procédure d’arrivée et départ sans souci, contact parfait avec la conciergerie!

Cette douce maison dans ce coin tranquille de Normandie, nous a permis de nous ressourcer en famille. Superbe spot de Kitesurf sur la plage de Saint Aubin. On reviendra avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement.

Bourg Dun

Région magnifique, calme et authentique. Le Doris, la boulangerie et la boutique de lin apportent une vraie âme à ce petit village. La maison est très accueillante avec un grand jardin. Ne pas manquer d'aller à Saint Aubin sur mer où Dédé vend les produits de sa pêche tous les matins. Pour les pêcheurs, belle pêche en Mer au départ de Dieppe. Nombreuses visites aux alentours : châteaux, églises, musée, falaises d' Étretat etc... Un très beau séjour

Spontan und schön

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir kommen wieder. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Von der Buchung bis zum Check out hat alles gut geklappt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und eignet sich ideal für Ausflüge.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison à la campagne avec un immense jardin. La propriétaire avec qui nous n'avons eu de contact que par téléphone était très sympathique. La maison avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et était très joliment décorée... Le village était charmant et avons pu sillonner sur tout le secteur. Je vous recommande cette location !!!

Parfait

Week end de Pâques en famille réussi .Avons apprécié le charmant gite de Mélinda. Gite très bien décoré , bien agencé et super bien équipé avec pleins de petites attentions. Beau jardin , en plus le soleil était de la partie.. Bien situé pour échappées vers Veules les Roses , St aubin sur mer ,Quiberville, Varengeville .. je recommande.
