Welcome to our villa ideally located a few steps from the market and beautiful beaches (less than 10 minutes walk). This spacious and bright holiday home is perfect for a stay with family or friends, offering exceptional comfort and an idyllic setting.

You will particularly appreciate its layout on one level, its large bright living room opening onto the landscaped garden and the private heated pool (from April to September depending on the weather - dimensions 8x4 meters), or its open and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals in a friendly atmosphere.

Children and adults can enjoy table football and ping pong.

The main part has 4 spacious bedrooms (one bedroom with a bed of 180x200 cm, two bedrooms with double bed of 160x200cm and a room with two bunk beds (140x200 cm and 90x200 cm). Each has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a bathtub for relaxing moments.

An annex has 2 additional bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed (160x200cm) and the other equipped with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be combined into a double bed (180x200cm). A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet are available. You can also enjoy a laundry room.

Outside, you will find a magnificent infinity pool, surrounded by a green terrace, perfect for cooling off and relaxing under the sun of the island of Ré. You will appreciate the adjustable pergola offering a relaxing corner in any season.

Enclosed by walls and without vis-à-vis, you will enjoy the peaceful and enchanting setting of this place.

The villa has a reception courtyard and parking for up to 4 vehicles in the property, making access very convenient.
