- Located not far from Saint-Martin-des-Prés, facing beautiful fields and meadows, this contemporary and bright house half awaits you for a successful vacation. In addition to a heated swimming pool, accessible to disabled people and equipped with a folding roof as a precaution, you will also benefit from a tub with massage jets. The first floor is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. This vacation home is located in a beautiful rural area only 40 minutes by car from the nearest beach and will quickly make you forget the stress of everyday life. As a day trip destination we recommend the recreational lake Lac de Guerlédan and the forest of Quénécan, and nearby you can stroll through the medieval town of Moncontour. The towns of Corlay and Quintin are also worth a detour. Opposite the property there is a small pond.
