Hills & Sea View Apartment

Our apartment is a charming T2 superbly illuminated located on the top floor of the building with an elevator, offering a superb view of the Corbières and Leucate Lagoon on one side, and the Mediterranean Sea on the other.

The residence is secured with a caretaker, and a numbered parking space is included for your convenience.

In the entrance, on your right, you will find a practical cupboard and a vacuum cleaner, and on your left is a bathroom that includes a shower and toilet for your comfort during your stay.

The living room includes a sofa bed (BZ), a equipped kitchenette with hot plates, a refrigerator/freezer, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your use.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 200 cm and also has a television for your relaxation. You will have free WiFi access throughout the apartment. A fan is also provided to keep you cool during hot days.

As for the exterior, you can enjoy the surroundings from the French doors, offering a breathtaking view. It's the perfect place to savor your outdoor meals while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Let yourself be carried away by a gentle breeze for unforgettable friendly moments.

The residence directly overlooks the promenade, offering easy access to the beach. You can swim at any time and enjoy leisurely moments by the water's edge.
