Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 24m² studio apartment for rent in Le Barcarès, 1 km from the beach and able to accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 10 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed comprising a double bed (140×190) under a single bed (sleeps 3)
- A large dressing room
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5 m² south-east-facing loggia, with furniture and a view of the pond to enjoy the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan 25 km (about 23 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan 23 km (approx. 21 min by car)

Miroir d'Azur "Très agréables échanges avec la propriétaire, avenante et disponible.
L'appartement est très agréable, avec terrasse et une vue apaisante et superbe sur l'étang. Avec parking privé.
Lieu calme. Accès à pied au minigolf et terrain de tennis, balade à pied pouvant aller jusqu'à la plage.
Positionné entre le quartier du Tertre et Barcares village très vite accessibles en moins de 3 et 5km.
Nous le conseillons!"

Miroir d'Azur "Accueil correct, belle vue et parking privé sont les avantages du logement.
A notre arrivée, le logement manquait de propreté, nous avons dû commencer à le nettoyer (cafetière et bac à lessive moisis, coussins du canapé tachés, étendoir à linge rouillé, etc).
La télévision est inutile (elle perd le signal sans arrêt), les ventilateurs ne rafraichissent pas le logement.
Nous avons eu une invasion de fourmis signalée de suite et qui n'a été traitée que plusieurs jours après suite à notre relance. Nous avons passé la semaine à aspirer les fourmis.
Le gros point noir qui a eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour étant la literie. Lit qui grince et matelas du lit et du canapé lit vétustes empêchant un quelconque sommeil réparateur, voire même laissant votre dos douloureux.
Le logement étant peu confortable et accueillant, nous l'avons fui le plus possible. Logement qui transpire la petite récupération à tous les niveaux et clairement pas adapté pour 5 personnes comme indiqué sur l'annonce."
