Start your day on the sunny balcony, which is furnished with comfortable seating, and enjoy the wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Here you can look forward to a day of swimming and beach fun. The apartment offers a charming living area with wooden beams on the ceiling and a dining area that leads directly onto the terrace. The large communal pool provides refreshment and relaxing hours in the water.



Take advantage of the proximity to the beach. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, swim or sunbathe. The holiday resort of Le Barcares also offers a variety of activities such as sailing, windsurfing or a trip to the famous market. The promenade invites you to take long walks while enjoying the view of the sea and the surrounding area. You can also visit the nature reserve of the Leucate lagoon or take a trip to the picturesque town of Perpignan.
