  • Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Le Barcarès, this charming apartment renovated in 2022 with sight sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony from which you will enjoy the sea air. We are waiting for you!

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
    - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
    - A bedroom with bunk beds.
    - A bathroom with bathtub.
    - Separate toilet.

    Outside :
    - A sea view balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
    - A garden shared with the other residents of about 50 m².
    - The residence has a petanque court.

    For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, fan.

    The apartment is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

    - Tourist sites : Perpignan (the capital of Roussillon), Canet-en-Roussillon (seaside resort), Port-Barcarès,(seaside resort), Argelès-sur-mer, Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast)...

l'appartement était très propre, agréable mais pas situé prêt du marché de noel. Par contre nous eu des difficultés à comprendre quel était le bâtiment. Le Bleu Soleil n'existe pas, c'est le grand parvois. Personne ne connaissait le bâtiment sous le nom le bleu soleil

Il serait intéressant que le logement soit climatisé, nous avons eu très chaud. Le Bleu Soleil "🙂 Appartement idéalement bien situé près de la plage. Beaucoup d'endroits accessibles à pied (le Lydia, la grande roue, restaurant de plage, marche nocturne sur la jetée ...) Un très bon resto plage à proximité Parking privé Machine à laver indispensable pour laver les serviettes de plage et vêtements. La chambre enfant est fonctionnelle et top. 🙁 La pièce cuisine salon est vraiment exiguë surtout quand le clic clac est déployé et très difficile à remettre en place chaque jour. Le clic clac n'est pas très confortable. Une chaise en bois terrasse cassée. Grosse déception pour les nuits, impossible de dormir sereinement car il y a une discothèque pas très loin où la musique est super forte de 23h à 4h du matin. Ça réveille les enfants aussi car les basses de la musique font vibrer les murs tellement c'est fort. Manque un parasol pour se protéger du soleil afin de déjeuner dehors (impossible sous cette chaleur matin et midi)."
