The residence with the swimming pool and the aquatic area for children "La Pinède" is located in the heart of the Village, 300m from the beach (wide and sandy). The car parks are free and are on the closed territory of the residence.
Superb CLIMATISE duplex apartment of 105m ² on the 3rd floor with elevator, is composed at low level:
- living room - stays with cupboard of 40m ² giving on the balcony (seen on the Mount Canigou),
- kitchen of 8m ² semi-open on the stay,
- a bedroom of 11m² with cupboard,
- shower room with washbasin,
- separate toilet.
and upstairs:
- Mezzanine of 10m ² which makes small living room or office,
- a bedroom of 11m² with cupboard,
- a 12m² room with a cloakroom
- bathroom with bath and double sink,
- separate toilet.
Possibility to accommodate 6 - 8 people (accessible for people with reduced mobility).
