You will be enchanted by this magnificent villa of 160 m 2 habitable, its cocooning atmosphere, its shaded patio is a true haven of peace for lunch and rest. Bring together young and old for an unforgettable holiday in a beautiful, iconic setting where it is good to recharge your batteries just steps from the beach.

You will find a living room open on the terrace, consisting of a TV area with sofa fixed low table armchair, a separate kitchen fully equipped (oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator). A shaded patio with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms with beds 160X200, 1 bedroom with bed 180 and 1 bedroom with bed 140X190, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
You will not miss an additional room, laundry with washing machine, dryer, patio with plancha, all for an ideal holiday, or a remote work.
You will have the choice between swimming in the sea, small splash in the pool fully secured open season, bike rides, long walks on the warm sand.

Bien vendu sur photos mais prestations pas au RV

L'emplacement est top mais les prestations de la villa ne sont pas au RV. Odeurs nauséabonde dans les salles d'eau, odeur qui se propage dans toute la villa, Verres à moutarde, pas un verre identique pour apéro. Vaisselle ébréchée. Couverts rouillés. Pas de bains le soir, les spots de la piscine ne fonctionnent pas. Les bains de soleils en bois sont cassés. Les lattes en bois autour de la piscine se soulèvent, c'est dangereux. Dommage l'emplacement est vraiment top, mais la villa a besoin d'être rafraîchie. En conclusion celà ne vaut pas le prix annoncé à la semaine, même si on est en bord de mer.
