Good access for walking to nearby Lapad and bus access to Old Town Dubrovnik was just down the steps on the next street. "Hotel is built in mountain. Pretty new. Very pretty and clean. There is free parking, but when you arrive by car, park in front and staff will take your car to the (narrow, gated) parking lot down a very small alley on the other side of the hotel. First floor is lobby for check in then rooms are downstairs. There was no elevator, but staff helped us with our luggage. "Everything about our stay at this guest house was positive, from being provided a dedicated parking spot, to the juice and tea provided, to the cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, to the enthusiasm and responsiveness of the owner, to the location with the stunning view over the sea. "highly recommend nice to be close to old town but not right in the crowds . Bus stop right outside take you directly to old town. we were there in off season so could not enjoy the beach but it looked really nice . V level was definitely worth it . The breakfast buffet was wonderful . The dinner buffet had a lot of options but food was lacking in flavor , thought dinner buffet was a little expensive E40 and it did not even cover still water . overall i would recommend this property to anyone "
