You'll have the entire house and yard to yourself, just like you do at home! (7th bedroom and cold storage under porch are janitorial)

Fully Equipped Kitchen -Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, dishware/flatware, Pots and pans, Keurig, toaster, Crock-Pot, instant pot, electric Skillet, blender, basic spices, garbage disposal

2 Car garage, 2 Driveway (can fit three tight), 2 in street. Please don’t park in front of neighbor houses. IMPORTANT: Street parking is not permitted anytime it snows and December - February for city snow removal. In the street you can get a ticket, but it’s not strictly enforced.

Please use Airbnb app to contact me. The app also sends an email out. While I'm at work, I have access to email but not my cell phone. You're welcome to try my cellphone anytime. I might be at lunch:)

Snow removal is very difficult to manage, and I request help from our guests. There will be shovels and salt in the garage for use. If you need help, I can come after work with a snow blower. Stay in touch with me:)

We love to host families. This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors.

1-Noise disturbances will not be tolerated at any time and will result in you vacating the premises. Do not play music outside anytime.

Check Out Procedure
10 AM Checkout, please:

1-On Used beds, place Blanket at the foot of the bed. (Leave sheets on bed)
2-Place garage remote on counter & TV Remotes next to TV’s ($100 Replacement fees)
3-Start the washer with bathroom towels and kitchen rags.
4-Start the dishwasher. If needed, hand wash extra dishes.
5-Remove all perishables from the refrigerator
6-Empty all trash to the garage/outside green can.
7-Turn off all lights and appliances
8-Lock Front & back door with smart lock deadbolts only
9-Please send message on checkout

The kitchen was well set up and open to living area. We loved the choices of coffee pods.The downstairs was great for teens with 3 bedrooms, bath and gameroom.Would stay there again.

Great place to stay, would stay again.

It sas a great place to stay and the host was kind and very responsive. Our family and kids loved it, especially the games. The check out process was simple and easier than most places we stayed at. You could also tell that the property was cleaned before our arrival. Wpuld stay here again and recommend it to others.

Amazing place for the family!

Very clean home, plenty of space for all of my kids, and we absolutely loved the ping pong, air hockey and foosball tables. I would highly recommend this VRBO to other families of little kids.

Second time here! It’s a great home to gather a lot of people to. Love the game room! It is located near an Air Force Base and can get insanely loud at times!

Great property if you have kids and you don’t want to constantly worry that they will ruin something! Plenty for them to do to keep themselves entertained! Hosts are very quick to respond as well. Clean and spacious!

Fabulous place for half of our large family. Everyone was able to have their own room and enough room to get ready for a family party in Layton.As well as a well stocked ketchen to prepare breakfast!

Fun stay

Our family went to Lagoon Amusement Park while staying here. Great home to build memories with the game room and close to Lagoon. It was a very spacious home and we are so glad we stayed here. Thank you for this greet opportunity.

Great place to stay!

We had to travel for a funeral and this was a perfect accommodation. Plenty of space for everyone with extra chairs for gathering outside. Great communication with the owner, he was very responsive and helpful!! Very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Large family in town for wedding

Property was perfect for our large family. They even had pack n play and high chair for our grand baby. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. The use of the garage was a nice added perk.

House felt like home

I’m glad I booked this place. This is definitely a family home. We felt like a big family living together and still have plenty of space for everyone to hang out. All the rooms have its own character and the game room is perfect for the kids to play. Overall, I do recommend this place for family who need a place to stay while on vacation.

Blown away!

Fantastic!

We looked for a home that had enough bedrooms and bigger beds to meet our families needs, including for our married children and grandchildren. It was our first time renting a home, and it was such a great experience! We loved the fully stocked kitchen and the rec room in the basement. The beds weresoft and comfy.

Great, large house

Great place to stay. Lots of things for everyone to do. There are a lot of “don’t do” things. I understand why but it seems like it was very strictly worded. The beds were nice and comfortable. Nice back yard. Pretty easy to check in and out. Everything you need to cook. Coffee was a huge plus and very much appreciated! I’d stay here again.

Wonderful home!

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was wonderful and close to just about anything you could need. Inside and outside of the home are very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The inside was very comfortable and homey. We had people in bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, and the space was perfect. Everyone had space to themselves but the common areas were big enough to be comfortable when we were all together. The beds were comfortable, sheets were soft. Shower pressure was great. Plenty of linens for us all. The owner was fantastic with communication and quick to respond when needed. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!
