Perfect stop off..

Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too.

Very nice hotel with a heated pool and good restaurant. My husband and I stayed one night while visiting Nancy and we really enjoyed it. It was like a mini vacation!

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great.

Bra boende med gratis parkering, dock extremt lyhört både mellan rummen och från korridoren. Någon hade varit ”snäll” och lämnat sin hund på rummet när dom skulle äta frukost så den stod och skällde i typ 40 min oavbrutet vilket gjorde att man blev galen. Mycket folk och bara en hiss var också något som drog ner helheten. Dock bra läge när man ska vidare ut på motorvägen.

Séjour agréable

Très bon séjour, juste dommage la chambre devait etre disponible a 14h , la chambre n'était pas prête, on nous a demander de revenir a 15h. Nous sommes revenu qu'à 16h nous avons eu les clefs et arrivés devant la chambre le menage n'était pas fini. Mais sinon Très bon hotel , confortable, agréable. Je recommande.

Tæt på alt.

Der gik noget tid før der kom betjening. Vi ankom kl 22.30 Der manglede vanity produkter og ingen poser på wc. Vi har været her mange mange gange. God parkering tæt på motorvej, super morgenmad.

Accueil décevant dans un bel établissement

Séjour décevant, je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé. Pourtant bien en avance. Il m’a été donné une chambre handicapée alors que je n’avais pas eu cette demande, j’ai alors demandé des explications, on m’a répondu que c’était à cause d’un manque de place chose étonnante en réservant un mois à l’avance. Tout en sachant que des chambres étaient encore disponibles le soir même. De plus, un bruit de plomberie m’a accompagné toute la nuit. Est ce à cause d’une réservation sur hotels.com versus une réservation sur le le site accor.com J’ai quand même le statut Gold chez Accor …

Une catastrophe du début à la fin. 1ère fois que je laisse un commentaire. - Accueil catastrophique, 0 explication, on me demande de payer et on me remet ma carte..ok… - On me donne la chambre 121, une chambre sans cabine de douche, juste un pommeau accroché - Le robinet avait les températures inversées. À 2 doigts de me brûler en me lavant les mains… - Une télécommande Tv qui ne fonctionne pas Je déclare les soucis a mon Check out, la personne souris sans m’apporter de réponses. Bref, gros déclin, à fuir.
