"Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. I requested extra towels which were immediately provided. I also requested grace time for late checkout which was also accepted but I didn't need to use it as...

There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available).
