"Customer friendly staff. Quick check in formalities,tidy room with all the facilities.breakfast spread and staff is very quick to attend customer needs . Overall great experience ."
"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003!

I stayed here during a weekday visit and was quite underwhelmed. The hotel clearly shows its age—everything from the furniture to the overall ambience feels outdated. While the staff was friendly and helpful, that’s about the only positive I can highlight.
