Magnificent 70 m2 duplex, comfortable and decorated in a mountain style, able to accommodate up to 9 people. Located in the Puy du rocher residence, you will be 2 minutes walk from the Rocher du cerf slope which takes you back to the heart of the resort. An ideal location for hiking, skiing, mountain biking enthusiasts....
The apartment consists of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, induction hob, kettle... to feel like home), a friendly dining area overlooking the terrace with a superb view of the Plomb du Cantal and the Rocher du cerf slope, a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed 140x190 and its wifi corner, TV box. On the same level is a cocoon bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the upper level, a children's bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190, a large bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a shower room with toilet and washing machine complete the apartment. You will also have a non-covered private parking space and a large ski storage room to store and keep your belongings summer and winter. Perfect for experiencing unforgettable holidays on the ski slopes and hiking trails of Europe's largest volcano.

Logement spacieux et bien équipé, à proximité d'une piste conduisant au centre de la station en 2 min. Les 2 toilettes et salles de bain sont un vrai plus lorsque l'on vient à plusieurs couples.Je rejoins cependant un commentaire précisant que si vous avez un enfant en bas âge, il est très difficile d'emprunter la piste et il vous faudra faire le grand tour par la route (qui s'avère assez long) pour rejoindre le centre de la station. Ou prendre systématiquement la voiture (trajet de 2-3 min), mais il peut être difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

Appartement agréable et bien situé pour profiter du Lioran
L’appartement, moderne et bien aménagé, est situé dans une résidence qui surplombe la station, accessible en 5min à pieds. Id éal pour profiter de la station et de la région. Il manque juste un parasol pour pouvoir pleinement profiter du balcon en été et des fonds de placard un peu plus fournis pour que ce soit parfait.
Logement agréable, bien agencé et exposé. Il mériterait un entretien plus suivi (manque tablette SdB, support papier WC ) et le remplacement du canapé lit qui n’est plus du tout confortable. Le bilan reste globalement positif.
