Duplex N°5 Résidence Puy du Rocher

  • Splendid 70m2 accommodation, comfortable and tastefully decorated, which welcomes up to 9 people and is located in the Résidence du Puy du Rocher at Lioran.

    This rental is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You will be at the foot of the Rocher du Cerf slope which will take you directly to the heart of the resort. Ideal for skiing, hiking, mountain biking enthusiasts.....



    You will find, on the ground floor, a large open-plan living space, a lounge with television and a sofa bed in 140x190, a dining area next to a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, electric hob plates, an extractor hood and a refrigerator... A raclette machine and a fondue machine are at your disposal to enjoy the delights of our beautiful region such as CHEESE!

    Furthermore, you will find a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a small television, a bathroom with shower, and separate WC.



    On the upper floor, the accommodation features a bedroom with a bunk bed of 90x190 and a single bed of 90x190 (stored underneath the bunk bed). There is also another bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 and a television, as well as a bathroom/shower room with toilet and a tumble dryer/washing machine.



    A south-facing balcony completes this accommodation, with its garden furniture and a superb view of the mountains. You will have at your disposal a laundry room with a shoe dryer and second washing machine, perfect for storing your ski equipment or bikes.



    The accommodation has an open private parking space, with the possibility of parking around the residence for other vehicles.

    Non-smoking accommodation, pets are welcome with a supplement of 35 euros. WiFi connection is available in this accommodation.



    Bed linen and bath towels are not provided, but they can be hired through our agency upon request.

La proximité des pistes, l'espace de vie, le confort, la vue Une grande cocotte supplémentaire, le fait-tout de 5 litres étant un peu juste pour 8 personnes( la cocotte sitram de 6 litres annoncée est restée introuvable)
