"Such an amazing view, super nice staff, loved staying here!"

"Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it. Breakfast was average..Oh and we would have liked a little more complimentary Proseco.."Free minibar was a disappointment had a coupple of beers and apple juice Now all the good . Front desk people amazing. Kudos and special mention to Miguel our bartender who was fantastic.Hot Tub and pool fantastic. And the view....What a view. Ask for room 314!. Shuttle person was super and bags were brought to our room. Overall an amazing experience and want to return this summer"

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff, breakfast in a beautiful room with a great selection of items and great view. Had a couple of requests that were handled quickly. The pool is warm in the winter and was never too busy. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. We were very happy with this hotel. "

The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time. "

"5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!"

"Staff was very welcoming, great location, lots of little amenities that you wouldn’t consider, like the fridge in lobby for guest use (most hotels here don’t have mini bar fridge in room), sauna, and fixed cost for guests at competitive price for the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, homey, and clean. We only stayed one night, and didn’t get to fully enjoy it all, but would certainly rebook here! "
