The apartment was lovely and the view was amazing
Cleanliness and the organization and set up of the apartment was lovely with so much eye for detail. Simple things such as providing basic cooking items like oil, ketchup etc was a great small thing which makes a difference. Rachel was kind to respond to each query quickly with great detail e.g details of the Swiss National Day celebrations. The baggage and guest pick up service by taxi to the station was a great addition.
May be providing kitchen towel rolls would help and providing two keys to the apartment would be useful. E.g. in case one guest has gone out, the one inside the apartment can not go out because the main door opens with the key only from inside as well. Thanks.
