"The staff did not acknowledge me when I arrived, walked right by me twice before I had to ask if someone could help me, and then he was incredibly rude when checking me in. The floors were dirty, the elevators both were dirty and gross, my room was very old and uncomfortable. Morning time, the staff ignored everyone and just talked with each other. The food was burnt, people had to continuously ask for plates/bowls/etc. where they handed paper plates and bowls through from the kitchen just putting them on the area the burnt hot food was. There was no condiments out for the oatmeal that was not cooked all the way. I stay at a lot of Hyatt Place's, and would not recommend this one to anyone."

"Wasn't aware of the 100 deposit needed and I thought Crystal at the desk was very rude. Found a way to get 200 cash for deposit but was denied service. Then I tried to get a refund from Hotels.com but was denied that because this Crystal said I was denied service. Then a different employee called me at 1AM to ask if I was checking in. Worst experience and Crystal has no business working customer service."

"The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days."

"The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems with Hampton before. I was disappointed with this stay. Kate B-A"
