"I was really unhappy with my stay. The hotel felt run down and not properly cleaned. The rooms looked old, surfaces weren’t well maintained, and overall it didn’t feel comfortable or up to standard. "

"You write reviews for two reasons, to applaud your experience or to warn others before they waste their time This is to warn you - was attending a wedding in the area and booked at the Grand Resort and called and very specifically asked if they could accommodate an early check in as I know check in was 4 and if there was a fee I’d happily pay. The rep on the phone told me “early check in starts at 3 & any time before that they could accommodate with a $30 charge per hour before 3pm.” Well I arrive at 3:00 ask to check in and was told not before 4 pm. Told them I spoke to someone and the front desk just kept repeating 4 pm We end up waiting about 15-20 minutes and the desk says my room is cleaned and they can check me in. Great I’ll take it Halls smell like wet moldy carpet, each floor had an eerie feeling and energy to them Room was clean to the eye but when you pulled back sheets the mattresses definitely needed replacing with bad stains Room temps wouldn’t drop below 80 for the first two hours. When we called front desk we were hung up on 4 times. When I went down they stated “oh yeah it’s the ac in the building they’re working on it” ok this information should be made to guests when checking in. I paid for a room with AC listed as an amenity Showers and floors felt like they haven’t been cleaned Hoping my poor experience warrants a response from someone. Definitely don’t recommend."

"It was ok, not like and other Westin Hotel I have been to. The only available microwave was somewhere in the downstairs lobby, not offered in the room. And there was a surprise fee for parking."

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "
