"The room was adequate but the bathroom could use refurbishing. Some sltaff were very nice and competent, others not so mufh. Our phone did inot work, totally dead. When I went to the desk I was told simplel that some of the rooms have non working phones. No offer to replalvler il ot address it. BreaKFast was ok; typical of the offering of this level of hotel."

"Trash. None of the pictures look anything like any of the rooms. The second we got into the room, the floors were sticky. The paint in the room is a dark midnight blue. Single coat, so you can see white specs bleeding through. The tile in front is the vanity for the bathroom mirror was cracked like something extremely heavy was smashed from on it. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke with the comforter hanging multiple cigarette burn marks in it. Even the remote control was sticky! We brought our own bedsheets and left them behind on purpose. There was no love seat in the room, as advertised. The thermostat was pretty much for decoration. No matter how cool we wanted it, it wouldn't drop past 79°F. It was such a disappointment. The room was also a good $60 overpriced. We paid about $125 for it. Even after changing rooms, it was still pretty much the same minus the string cigarette smell. It was still there but no as powerful. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not with it at all."

"The beds are very uncomfortable. There are no liners in the waste paper baskets the front desk does nothing to help you and most of all when I was checking out with my husband the front desk person asked us if we wanted breakfast since we had a a long drive. We told her now I took the luggage out to our car and return the cart within a minute and ask for a bagel and she told me it was too late breakfast is over, and I should drive over to Starbucks to get it. Really you just told me we could get breakfast. The room for two nights was $817 total not worth it. I have traveled all over the world and I’ve never experienced this. The ice machine is only on the first floor making it very inconvenient to just go to your floor and grab some ice, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else"

"The room was not clean, stains on the ceiling and wall. Fan light had lots of bugs and dust, you could see it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was a sheet but no blankets. When we asked for bedding we were told there wasn't any. They did find a blanket with cigarette holes and stains. The latch lock for the door was missing as well. Not removed it looked to be torn off. And I can go on."

"Upon check-in the toilet seat fell off toilet when I sat on it, and when I went to spray the bed as I do with every hotel, guess what I found??? Yes, if you picked bed bugs, you'd be right. I found bedbugs. We immediately went to the front desk and checked out and went and checked into the Hilton Doubletree. That was my experience with this hotel."
