"The worst place I have ever stayed at very dirty mole everywhere on the ceiling. The curtains smelled like grease and stained on them. The floor was not swiping I can feel the stickiness and dust when walking. No ventilation so the smell of moisture kept me coughing and up both nights that my family was there. The staff was rude and was making a comment about he could have given the rooms to others since we weren’t checking in around 3pm even though I have paid and reserved the room months ahead. The ceiling and door, wall are as thin as paper because I can hear everything above us and outside. If I can give - star I would give it -10 since it was over priced and in the worst conditions. "

"The stay was nice once we made it to our room. We stayed in a 2 queen rm ste with a kitchen. There was only 1 cooking utensil, which was a spatula. Other than that there were the following: -full size refrigerator -2 burner electric stove/microwave -dishwasher -pots/pans -plates/bowls/coffee mugs/silverware/glasses My biggest compliment has to go out to the staff! They were great! A few to point out: Connor (front desk when we arrived): He literally showed up to work and was bombarded by several guests who were trying to check-in. He had no rooms available for all of us @3pm, 4pm, 4:45pm. There was a huge soccer tournament in town and they all decided to leave later then check out time, which gave limited staff enough time to clean the rooms. He was confronted by several rude guests who demanded a room ASAP. He handled it so well! Very apologetic and accommodating. Rina (Jack of ALL trades): this woman was everywhere! She did an amazing job making sure the breakfast was wonderful and clean and stocked. She also made a point to make sure my son & myself were comfortable & all needs met when we were locked out of our room due to a malfunctioning door lock. Ms. B (night mgr?): We were locked out of our room temporarily & she went out of her way to accommodate guests checking in & handling our situation at the same time. Very professional. Dana (?) maintenance: During all of the chaos of checking in, he made sure to help out Connor & was helping assist everyone."

"The room appeared clean at first glance but I found several areas that could have used extra cleaning. There were globs of long dark hair on the floor in the bathroom, it wasn't mopped well. The baseboards in the room were covered with dust & probably hadn't been wiped in several months. The staff were very nice but not well informed about area shopping & restaurants."

"The sheets were clean but that’s about it burn marks In the bedspread and pillowcase suppose to be a non smoking room. Something slopped on the wall haven’t figured that out. Toilet seat needs to be replaced it’s all chipped and looks terrible."
