Loved the extra touches. (Pillows were a nice touch) It was clean. The girl at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

They were having some updating done so there were workmen in the hallways which wasn't an issue. Breakfast was great! We could hear the tv in the breakfast area from our room but we needed to get an early start. Had a great nights sleep and that's what it's all about.

The property was under a little bit of construction, but was still clean and maintained. Front desk was very friendly and made our very late check in simple. Would return to this property.

The heat in our room would not adjust-- it was very hot in there. We mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would have someone look at it. Not sure what they found out-- we just left the heat off for the 2nd night but it was still warm as we were on a 2nd floor. Front desk was very respectful and helpful.

There was a non-working space heater in the room. The room heater did not work. The temperature was in the single digits, and the morning front desk attendant stated that they were re-doing the heating systems and that all rooms were operating with space heaters.

My room didn't have a heater that worked it just blew cold air. But they did put in a space heater on the floor that my 1 year granddaughter found fun to touch. Then i arrive and the pool and hot tub are under construction. The entire reason i went to this hotel. I should have just left when i checked in.

Spend the extra money and start at the Marriott!
I’ve stayed here in the a year ago and it was much better. Room had a horrible odor, started having a reaction from all the pet hair. Manager did not agree to switch rooms and I found out all the rooms have had pets. Pool/hot tub closed and laundry facility out of order. Woke up next morning and room a few doors down was flooded as well as hallway. May have explained the putrid smell. Room was not clean, found pet food on the floor, empty peanut butter containers behind TV, pillows were stained and hair and filth around bed. Ceiling also showed water damage.

Pool and hot tub out of service and apparently has been for quite some time. I have stayed here before and had great experience however this place seems to have gone down hill...not sure if it's because of management. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash in dispenser...lucky we brought out own. On a positive note the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Probably will not stay here again.

Nice hotel, but A/C needs work.
Nice hotel, good breakfast. Hotel was clean, front desk person efficient and friendly. Was very hot in Laurel, highs in the 90's.; air conditioning wasn't working well, room stayed pretty warm. Just passing through, left early a.m. the next day.

Pool and hot tub were out of service. After reading reviews, they have been out of service for over 2 months! Nothing about that when booking. Room was freezing, was told heaters are not turned on because it’s summer. Black hair everywhere. Not real clean! Don’t recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel for 5 day stay to visit family. Booked it for pool as I need to exercise daily. Pool was not open,laundry was out of order, black stuff on our feet if we went barefooted. Breakfast was good, full hot breakfast. Staff was helpful. They had a management problem and were under new management. Can be a good place with the new crew.

I would love to give an excellent rating, but I can't. I planned for this trip months in advance, I would be going on my honeymoon. I needed a place to stay at West Yellowstone, not being from this area, I didn't realize the hotel with Yellowstone Crossing was many hours from where I needed to be. I didn't realize my mistake until coming out of Yellowstone National Park at the west entrance late in the evening. I was on my honeymoon and this was not what I wanted to happen on this trip. Best Western was no help in resolving this issue. I had to pay for the night at the Best Western that I didn't even stay at and pay for another hotel near the west entrance. Luckily, I was able to find a place to stay in West Yellowstone. It was my error but I felt Best Western could have had better customer service during a stressful situation on my honeymoon. I will not stay at a Best Western in the future.
