Beautiful villa surrounded by a large garden

Beautiful villa with huge garden, swimming pond, we have two studios with kitchenette, air conditioning and sea view. We have a guest house of 50 square meters with two bedrooms and bathrooms and two studios equipped with all the comforts we are close to the tourist area agropoli sea blue flag 'and also we are close to the temples of Paestum destination for many foreigners who come to visit the excavations. In summer to laureana Cilento organizes many festivals where you can taste the typical products of the Cilento.

Zwischen Weinstöcken und Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf Agropoli

Die Anfahrt zur Villa Rosi ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber man wird dafür entschädigt. Ein sehr netter, immer hilfsbereiter Gianfranco empfängt die Gäste, ist beim Gepäck behilflich, zeigt die Anlage und erklärt die Wohnungseinrichtung. Es ist alles da, was man an Einrichtung braucht und funktioniert auch. Dusche, Warmwasser, Küche mit 4-Plattengasherd, Backofen und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, sowie die Matratzen, alles ok 👌. Das beste an der Wohnung allerdings war der Blick von der kleinen Terrasse ins Tal auf Agropoli. Erwähnenswert auch der Pool, sauber, gut gepflegt, mit einem ca. 2,50 m tiefen Anteil. Springen erlaubt. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Campanien. 😎🎸

Sehr schönes Anwesen in den Bergen rund um Agropoli

Wir waren die beiden letzten Septemberwochen in der Villa Rosi. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wir haben keinerlei Komfort vermisst. Der wirklich große Pool ist eine Sensation und so tief, das auch bei heißem Wetter das Wasser schön kühl bleibt. Obwohl noch zwei andere Familien da waren, hatten wir den Pool immer für uns alleine. Die Familie Gianfranco ist sehr sehr freundlich. Man sieht das sie sehr viel Zeit, Liebe, Geld und Arbeit in Ihr Anwesen investieren. Wir haben zur Begrüßung eine köstliche Flasche Wein und eine Packung Cantuccini bekommen. Herr Gianfranco hat uns dazu eingeladen in seinem Garten direkt von den bäumen zu naschen (Oliven, Weintrauben und eine art Nuss) Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und in der nähe findet man auch immer ein gutes Resturant. Herr Gianfranco ist Schreiner und seine Werkstatt unten im Haus, er hat jeden Tag gearbeitet, aber wir haben nichts vom Sägen und hämmern gehört! zu keiner Zeit! Wer also noch ein paar Möbel für zuhause braucht, kann bei ihm gleich mal eine Anfrage starten ;-) Wir haben jeden Tag verschiedene Ausflüge gemacht. Vesuv, Neapel, Pompeii, Peastum, Agropolie, Sapri, Solerno, Sorent, Capri und natürlich Strände. Da ist für jeden geschmack etwas dabei. Zum teil sind die Stecken etwas weiter, man sollte also mit bis zu 1,5h Fahrzeiten für eine einfache Stecke rechnen. Aber es lohnt sich immer! Italien hat ja wie ganz Europa auch so seine politischen und sozialen Probleme. Das sieht man auch in Agropoli und in der Umgebung. Vom Müllproblem in Neapel haben wir nichts gemerkt. Das beste ist, das einfach wieder mehr Urlaub in Italien gemacht wird. Das Hilft allen, einem selbst mit schönen Wetter im Urlaub und den Italienern bringt es Einnahmen. Die danken es einem auch merklich! Ich selbst ziehe diese Art Urlaub bei einem privaten Vermieter jeder Pauschalreisen in die Griechenland, Türkei oder Ägypten vor! Wer es aktiver mag kann ja auch mal bei der Olivenernte helfen. Für freie Kost- und Logi gibt es viel Bewegung in tollen Landschaften und vielleicht auch Freunde fürs Leben. Einfach mal googel, es gibt verschiedene Angebote bzw. Portale.

Grandios!

Wir waren das erste Mal vor Ort und waren überrascht von dieser einmalig schönen Ferienanlage. Die Residenz beinhaltet mehrere Ferienwohnungen. Alles ist so angelegt, das jeder sein kleines Refugium hat. Kern ist die unbeschreiblich schöne Poolanlage, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar, herzlich und diskret. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Grazie!

Amazing accommodation with a great host!

Great accomodation in the most beutifull suroundings. 15 minutes from the nice little coast-town Agropoli, where you could take a 1,5 hour farry to the Amalfi-coast or Capri. Many thanks to the great host who offered us perfect service at all times. The apartment was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosi!

Bellissima piscina

La piscina è straordinariamente bella e mai affollata, nonostante i 5 appartamenti per turisti presenti nella struttura. I proprietari sono gentili e premurosi. Da 4 dei 5 appartamenti si gode di una splendida vista. Dal nostro no, ma avevamo il vantaggio di risiedere in una depandance indipendente quindi perfetta per privacy e relax. L'arredamento è molto ben curato.Essendo piccolo è ideale per 3 persone. Ci si sta bene anche in 4 se 2 sono bambini. La località è in collina quindi risente meno della calura estiva ed è lontana dalle tradizionali ed affollate mete turistiche che sono comunque tutte raggiungibili facilmente in auto. Consigliato.

Ganz ehrlich gianfranco ist ein super Typ Gibt sich richtig Mühe alles perfekt zu machen Wir sind hier mit 4 Kindern und egal was für ein Problem ansteht löst er es Seine Frau eben so geben sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe Vor kurzem war ein sehr starker Waldbrand direkt auf dem Berg bei uns und es kam irgendwann auch auf unser Gelände Er sagte direkt wir sollen den Tag lieber runter fahren in Sicherheit er wird sich darum kümmern Ich habe meine Familie in Sicherheit gebracht und bin wieder zurück gefahren um ihm zu helfen über all hat es gebrannt und er sagte mir wenn es zu gefährlich wird bringt er uns in ein Hotel in der Nähe und würde dafür sorgen das uns allen nichts passieren wird Abends habe ich dann meine Familie wieder geholt da die Gefahr gebannt war Natürlich war am nächsten Tag der Pool gesperrt wegen aufräum arbeiten Aber ein Tag später war alles wieder soweit in Ordnung und aufgeräumt das man nichts mehr bemerkte von dem brannt Er hat sich auch tausend mal dafür entschuldigt obwohl er nichts dazu konnte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Gelände stets gepflegt und sauber Freue mich jetzt schon nächstes Jahr wieder hier her zu kommen Er brachte uns auch zu einem guten Freund von ihm der eine Pizzeria auf dem Berg oben hatte Und er hat uns von a bis z alles an den Tisch gebracht für einen kleinen Preis wirklich Top nur zu empfehlen

Traumhaft aber etwas abgelegen

Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem,was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist einfach traumhaft! Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr ans Meer. Ruhe ist hier garantiert. Ein Auto ist jedoch zwingend erforderlich, die Anlage liegt etwas abgelegen in den Bergen. Es sind aber nur ca. 10 km bis Agropoli. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Just beautiful

We've had a really good stay at the Villa Rosi and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The friendly and helpful owners, created a little Paradies upon a little hill, from where you can overlook Agropolis. The garden area is so beautiful and the pool looks just great. The apartment was perfektly clean and nice furnitured. Our balcony was facing Acropoli and the golf in front of it. So every morning we've enjoyed our breakfast there. Food shops and a few restaurants are very close or you can reach Agropoli in about 20mins by car and the surrounding beaches as well. So we've really liked our stay in the villa Rosi.

Magnifique

Location exceptionnelle dans une région magnifique, à 15mn de la mer. Notre appartement, neuf, était équipé de tout le confort nécessaire. Bien aménagé et bien décoré, il dispose d'une petite terrasse avec vue immédiate sur les vignes et champs d'oliviers et la mer en arrière plan. Piscine exceptionnelle, extérieurs très bien entretenus. Accueil très sympathique. Nous y avons passé des vacances dépaysantes et paisibles.
