The Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern is an iconic hotel right in the centre of Bern, within easy walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We utilised the valet parking service to park our hire car and asked for the car to be ready the next day at 10am. You can't go wrong booking this hotel. The location is fantastic, short walk to the train station, in the heart of shopping area, and easy to get to the Roseharyen and museums. The staff were lovely and went out of their way, Manuel the doorman saw is walking down the street with our bags and ran to help us with them. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished. I highly recommend when you are in Bern.

Great breakfast. Nice games for kids. They used to have a really good video game for kids but have got rid of it. This is a shame. The kids loved it. Nice area for transport. Good place.

Really well located hotel to experience the city of Bern. Extremely comfortable room, excellent breakfast and lovely helpful staff.

Everything is fine

Staff and facilities were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Common areas were great. Affordable accommodation that ticked all the boxes.

The hotel was in a great location and very close to transport. There was a complimentary travel voucher provided which was of great assistance. The check in staff member (don't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful and provided us with details of all the relevant sites. The hotel and room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The complimentary breakfast provided was quite basic but adequate.

The Hotel Sternen was a comfortable room. The staff were very agreeable. If the people next door had not talked from 2am to 5am it would have been an ideal stay.

Excellent staff who were so accomodating. We arrived near 10pm at night and were provided with an exceptional meal immediately. Friendly efficient and perfectly located hotel.

It was a lovely hotel, the service was good. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was quite lovely and the spread was good. The only complaint we have is the the shower was in the room and it was very inconvient. The the room was too small as we had our adult children staying with us. The room was clean.

A seemless experience staying here. From check in to check out, it was bang on. Would highly recommend this unique and modern setup!

What can you say. Got to be best place to stay. Got everything for everyone. Transport links are superb and free as part of hotel. Having a mall next door awesome. And the waterpark, got to be best, love the salt water immersion pool

Great hotel to stay, great location, breakfast was amazing

Centrally located, this was a well-appointed, comfortable hotel which exceeded our expectations. It’s only shortcoming was most of the branding was “Hotel Bern” rather than Best Western. Once we worked that out, everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to base ourselves for exploring Bern.
