Step inside our tastefully renovated home, where quality furnishings and modern amenities await you. With three cozy bedrooms, ample living space, and a well-equipped kitchen, This property comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to five people.
This property has stunning mountain views and a huge backyard for the kids to play in.
Located a quick 7 minute drive to Launceston city.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house. The garage is locked and not for guest use.
Other Things to Note:
• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.
• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.
• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.
