"Have stayed there many times and it had gone down but this time, it was much nicer. Still remodeling some rooms. The lower levels on both east and west wings are for people with dogs of all SIZES. The sliding glass doors open to the courtyard for you know what. I wouldn't want to stay in one of those rooms. Other than that, everything was good."

"Do not stay here. They charged my credit card $118 fraudulently even though I paid for my stay through Expedia. Then when I called about the charge they said they lied and said they didn’t charge my card and that they didn’t have the card details so they couldn’t have, even though I gave them my card for the deposit. I had to call them 7 times and they kept lying. Eventually after threatening to report them to the police they admitted they charged the card and said they would refund it. Untrustworthy and fraudulent. Stay somewhere else. I wasted over an hour with Chase fraud prevention and this hotel trying to fix this. Now I have to wait 5 days to get the money back in my bank account. Unethical and hard to deal with. "
