"Lilly was super friendly and welcoming like Sept’s stay. Fajitas beef or chicken were super delicious, not too salty or oily albeit different chef, nice to make it in time and had a wonderful dinner. Even saw faint and dispersed northern lights at night right outside the hotel despite a rainy afternoon on the way to hotel. Great spot to stay if one plans to drive full circle of the island"

"Good breakfast spread with reasonable bread selection. Plenty of parking spaces and there is an Orkan self-service petrol station within the compound of this property. One of the best places in Iceland to catch the Northern Lights without having to go far or join expensive tours - we saw the Northern Lights dancing from our hotel room for 2 consecutive nights."

"The room was clean and staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, and we were able to pack sandwiches to go for lunch, which was very nice. They did do our laundry for a steep fee, but it was very convenient."

"This is an affordable, comfortable, clean stay outside of the Myvatn area. Excellent wood-oven restaurant for dinner. Excellent service and attentiveness throughout the stay. Breakfast could be more extensive. The room was large and comfortable, although the bathroom in our room was dated and small. Excellent spa amenities with thermal baths, a cold plunge pool, and a sauna. We would stay here again."
