Staff members associated with the room and reception were amazing. The casino staff were absolutely rude disrespectful. There was also a funny smell about the casino floor.

We got to upgraded to a two-room suite without asking but it was a nice large room but rather dated and dim lighting in old televisions. The shower didn't have the greatest pressure but we were on the 39th floor the tub when you drained it sucked the water out of the traps so then we got a sewer ...
