Great Stay!

We were in town for a conference at Mandalay Bay. This condo was very nice and in a great location close to the strip, but away from the hustle and bustle. The host was very responsive and the location was very clean and nice!

The Perfect Vegas Stay

Our suite was beyond perfect and clean. Close enough to the strip without being there. Our host were very communicative and helpful with the check in process. Would stay here again 10/10!

Great place to stay

Great resort right off of the strip, close to the action but still quiet enough to relax. Traveled with kids and the facility has a nice layout with a lot of amenities on site. Would recommend!

Great View!

We stayed nine nights at this location and found the property to be everything that we had hoped it would be.The location was within walking distance of the Strip and, if desired, there was a limited shuttle service available for guests. We enjoyed the view of the Sphere which we were surprised to see just out our window. The proximity to the airport and free parking on site was valuable. Our hosts were immediately helpful with any questions we had...very much appreciated!

Great Property

This my second stay at the Wyndham Desert and it doesn't disappoint. I stayed in a 1 BR/1 BA this time, and it was nice, clean, and spacious. I plan to return!

Las Vegas Grand Desert 1 brm deluxe

The property was nice. Loved that the pool and hot tub were open in December. Liked having a bedroom and kitchen with living room. Made it feel more like home. The bed was comfy. The cleanliness was good. Communication with the host was good for us as our check in went smoothly and we didn’t have problems with anything.

We were so impressed!!! Easy and quick walk to the strip. There is also a free shuttle provided by the hotel every half hour until 9pm to the strip. It was so nice having a place to cook in the suite. 3 pools and multiple hot tubs. There are free drinks almost every day of the week in the hotel bar. It was super quiet in the suites but social in common areas.

Overall the property was decent and easy access to the strip. Unfortunately the sales were very pushy despite prompts provided by owner. Additionally the fridge, dryer and other amenities broke during our stay. It was frustration that some amenities such as pool came with a fee for a table that was not cared for and appered to be destroyed by kids. Gym had nice amenities but not cleaned regularly. Pool was nice and family friendly. Overall a decent stay but doesnt match wyndham the supposed top quality and amenities promised at the sales pitch.

Property was as described. It does need some updates though, the bathroom cabinets are looking a little run down and baseboards need replaced, just optics for a cleaner look. There was trash in hallway left in other rooms as that is what they suggested doing when we left, it makes the place look tacky so we left ours inside by the door. Our room's fridge door was a little pain as they placed it opening to the wall. The shuttle service was wonderful to have although there was one time were a family that had been waiting over an hour was not able to ride it due to other guest showing up right when the shuttle arrived and there was no room left for those guest waiting so long. Driver should of asked for the people just showing up to allow them to ride first in my opinion. I'm not sure why it took an hour for the shuttle to arrive it's supposed to be 30-40 mins. We waited 40 minutes. Overall it was a good stay and would stay there again. Free parking, no resort fees, 2 main pools and close to the strip. Our host was very responsive and that's always great.

Relaxing Stay for a Business Trip

I've wanted to stay at this property for some time and I am so glad I finally booked it! The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. I did have to ask them to touch up the bathtub as my 2 year old would be sitting in it, but they came up very quickly and cleaned thoroughly! They are doing renovations, so we asked to stay away from the banging, and I'm glad we did, although that put us in a non-updated room. I'll be interested to stay again in the future. I dropped a star because when I originally booked this, I called and confirmed that "deluxe suite" meant I would get the room with the jetted tub connected to the master. When I arrived, the owner (not the hotel) was very rude and dismissive and told me I did not book the deluxe suite. I even sent him a screen shot of my booking confirmation and he said if he could reach the owner he would get back to me. Of course, he never called back. Then they got on VRBO and took all of the photos reflecting that upgraded room off, basically the next day. Bad customer service is the only thing that made this place undesirable. He told me I didn't pay for the upgraded room, when in fact my reservation confirmed that, even VRBO did!! I didn't appreciate the bait and switch! Other than that, it was a great stay- I just might book through someone else next time.
