Guests must provide a copy of their ID to the host once booked to receive check-in information. Also, someone must be 25 or over.

The check-in time might be at 5 PM. if guests are checking out the same day. To arrive at a clean and sanitized home, we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check-in time has changed.

Please understand that everyone's health and safety are very important to us as hosts!

The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
Only 12 people is allowed on the property including vistors. All guests must be included on the reservation.


Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.

Pool service cleanings are Mondays and Thursdays only no exceptions, is not available on the weekends, so if you check in on those days or if there is a storm during your stay on Saturday or Sunday, the pool will be serviced on Mondays.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt.

To heat the Pool/Spa is an additional add on at *$80 a day. PLEASE INQUIRE WHEN BOOKED:

Depending on the weather it could take 1-1 1/2 half day to heat the pool, faster to heater the jacuzzi only! We will also send instuctions the day you arrive. *Important as soon as the heater is turned on is when you are being charged this fee., even though it will take a day or so to heat, the cost is the price to use the gas/heater. IMPORTANT: Green and white towels are only allowed at the pool!!!

Also pool service is not available weekends. Pool will be cleaned prior to your arrival, if it storms that weekend, service will be that Monday.

Also only the number of guests you booked for is allowed in the home only including guests!

Fireplaces are non working, it's just part of the decor!
