The place was big and comfortable. Clean and had good A.C. It was well stocked with everything that one could possibly need. I desired to get a quicker response time on an issue, but it was worked out and everything was fine afterwards.

We had a great experience, the apartment was well stocked andhad everything we needed in a very quiet neighborhood away from the chaos, but only about a 20 Uber away from the fun!

Nice Place.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. David made the check in and check out process easy. We used this location to visit the Red Rock Canyon and it worked out very well. Great location near the airport too. Thank you.

Fantastic place

Wanted to stay in a quieter area and this apartment was just perfect. I felt safe in the neighborhood, communication with the host went smoothly, and overall the apartment was well-equipped making for a comfortable stay. The free water provided was a nice extra in the hot Summer!

Yearly Vegas visit

My second time staying at this particular VRBO. Great location near the airport. Everything you need for a stay and David’s allowed me to check in much earlier than advertised. I’ll be back again next year.

Cute and quiet Getaway

The property was clean and cute and spacious. It exceeded our expectations. We used the barbecue once and the jacuzzi a few times. Check in was a breeze. Nice and smooth. It is a property I would recommend and one I'd return to.

Our stay was outstanding We attended the Mountain West basketball tournament. This rental was very convenient to the Thomas and & Mack. The host provided a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean.

Comfortable Stay

David responded quickly to our questions about the check-in process. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15-20 minutes from the downtown core and about 10 minutes from the airport. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive from the property. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics, such as dishes, utensils, pots/pans. David left us tons of drinking water. The washer and dryer were in good working order. The bathroom is huge! Overall, it was a great place to hang our hats at night.

Quiet, relaxed and rejuvenating time!

My husband and I enjoyed this quiet clean place. It’s well equipped. We’ve stayed in several other places but this one is overall clean and just perfect for a couple getaway. We shopped at a grocery store less than a mile away and just relaxed in the jacuzzi every night. The owner is great and makes sure everything is good. What a wonderful and pleasant time we had. Will be back soon. There are also nearby restaurants and fast food places if you don’t want to cook.

Perfect

Everything was perfect and David was a great host. There were space heaters, fans, extra blankets and pillows. He had lots of bottled water, juice, ice tea, coffee pods, creamer for your coffee, snacks and other foods. He basically has everything you need... The sofa with recliners was super comfy. I would definitely stay again!!

I can say that almost everything about this place was pleasant and enjoyable. Ease of check in and flexibility of the owner was great. Shower was great, bath was great, kitchen was great, TV was great. Parking, spaciousness, quiet, all great. Only thing that was subpar was the bed/mattress which was a bit worn out. Overall - 5 stars and I definitely would do it again. Thank you.

Great location

The location was perfect. We were about 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. The bedroom has its own ac unit. The air flow in the house wasnt great. The kitchen and bathroom were incredibly hot during the "hottest part of the day". You werent able to enjoy the tub unless jt was first thing in the morning. Now, we were in the desert in August. But the sewer smell on top of the heat made the bathroom the last place you wanted to hang out. It was aslodifficult to cook dinner due to the heat. However, the grill was much appreciated! The outdoor space is fantastic. The outdoor furniture needs replaced though.

Weekend Vegas Trip

We came in for a long weekend and wanted somewhere to stay off the strip but not too far. This fit the bill perfectly. We were close to the airport & other amenities such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. We did utilize the bedroom AC unit at night to sleep & did not hear planes overhead at all. The unit is a bit loud but that's my preference when I sleep white noise. The mattress was a bit firmer than we would have preferred so keep that in mind if you want a softer bed. Everything that we needed was in the unit & it was very very clean. This is the first VRBO that we have stayed in that did not have laminated signs everywhere & that was great! It felt more homey because of it. The shower was AMAZING. Plenty of hot water and multiple shower heads plus great water pressure when utilizing multiple shower heads. There is a Keurig with pods available, too. Also, plenty of bottled water. We did utilize the in-unit washer & dryer without issue, too.The host was great. We didn't actually meet him in person which is fine, but he was quick to respond when needed and we enjoyed our privacy. We would stay at this unit again without hesitation should we return to Vegas. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet and we weren't too far from Fremont or the Strip. You cannot walk there but it's also only about 10-15 min in the car depending on traffic.

Our favorite spot to stay in Las Vegas

We first stayed here a few years ago for a softball tournament and we had plenty of room for parking with a full size truck and a 20 foot trailer. We stayed again last weekend without the trailer and we were stoked that our dates were available as this property seems to be booked regularly and we can understand why! It's a really quiet neighborhood, with a lot of land and no dogs that we could hear. My significant other and I slept well on the queen size bed and we love love loooove the jetted spa and shower which has dual shower heads and an additional one on the single (used separately). The TV is huge and the reclining sofa is super comfy (we both napped on it). The patio is private and David made the check-in and check-out process so simple. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. The place was clean although I do recommend bringing an extra blanket to stay warm in bed during the winter (doesn't hurt). There were snacks and water and Keurig coffee available upon arrival and we felt safe and at home the entire time. We love this place. It cost $13 to get to the cosmopolitan hotel by Uber (each way) on a Sunday night and it's about a ten minute drive to arroyo grande sports complex and 20 mins to BLD. There is a propane BBQ on the patio as well which we used the first time, but not this time. The only thing I suggest is if you are into cooking, bring your favorite knives and cookware. We will be back!!

This place fit our needs perfectly. We were there for 2 weeks. It was only a mile and half from where we were going each day so it made it so nice not to fight traffic. David was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.

The property is a comfortable unit in a former single-family residence converted into a multifamily dwelling. It is located a convenient drive or quick rideshare from all major Vegas Strip attractions and the airport, in what is otherwise an unremarkable residential neighborhood. The host was very attentive, conscientious, and check-in/check-out were easy. We found the unit clean, wonderfully equipped, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. The bed is comfortable and features a form-fitting memory foam mattress. Overall, if you would like to live "like a local" conveniently located near major Vegas attractions this is a great place.
