Excellent!

Clean, spacious, comfy beds, excellent pool, and a well-stocked kitchen made this an excellent stay for us! We also enjoyed the location- close to grocery stores, short drive to Fremont St, but quiet and relaxing.

Nice stay in Summerlin

Great property, really enjoyed our stay. Even though it is off of a main road, it's easy to get in and out if and it's close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had the most excellent stay in Vegas. Property was easy access to the strip, far enough away to enjoy peace. Property was clean and accessible to shopping for our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Nice family house off the strip

This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults, because we wanted to visit Vegas but not be directly on the strip. The road was busy, but once you’re in the house it’s much less noticeable. The house was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great getaway

It was quick and easy to get to. Lots of shopping nearby and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. It was still easy to get to the old Vegas and the strip. The house was super cute, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely come back again to the location

The host was responsive. The home had some issues, repaired wall in kitchen, numerous broken chairs and the microwave didn't work. The home was fairly clean and comfortable. Master bed was super comfy. The approach from the busy street was stressful during busy times of the day. The overall location had good access to a lot of shopping.

Our Experience with Evolve

My wife and I were very pleased with the property. It was very clean, neat, and very well decorated. We were very comfortable during our stay. Beautiful and comfortable home

This home was great for us, very comfortable. We loved the pool! The only downside is that the house is situated on a busy street, which we didn’t know upon booking. It is a bit loud at night with the passing cars and we were initially worried about safety, though there is an alarm system available. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

I was wrong…

I was worried about the neighborhood but once we were in the property we were at ease. Inside the property everything was labeled and it was stocked with necessities which made the transition to “temporary living” seamless. Family loved the pool.

Perfect for a family vacation

We were in town to visit with family and this house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and a great layout. It was super clean and offered so many amenities. They kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the coffee as we arrived late in the evening on day one. Everyone had plenty of space. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We watched sunrise every morning and its beautiful from the back patio. Definitely a must see. Its a perfect distance, we felt, from the hustle and bustle, to have a quiet vacation but yet close enough to see all of the fun attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Our Daughter’s Wedding

The house was exactly as I had hoped. We needed a place that could be a comfortable headquarters as we prepared and participated in our daughters wedding. It seems that the house is actually designed for short-term rentals with a very functional floor plan. The back yard was perfect for our dogs and comfortable for relaxing. Although it is not a great neighborhood, we never felt uncomfortable. Overall, the house met our needs perfectly.
