Love that this wasn't a big resort property. Three floors in our building. Casino was small, but staff was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuscany Suites and Casino. Front desk staff were friendly, yet professional and very welcoming. Price was very reasonable and the property was fantastic. Our room was large and clean; looked brand new! Great loaded fries and great craft beer selection in Pub 365 in the hotel! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay however we had drain issues in our room. The shower, sink and toilet had issues. There was no microwave either wich sucked but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Tuscany is definitely a "diamond in the rough" when it comes to nice smaller hotel/casinos in Vegas. the staff was welcoming, the suite was super clean and we loved the food! Definitely coming back again soon!

The service was bad. The lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful and would not allow us to check in. We left and came back 20 minutes later and a gentleman was much nicer and checked us in without delay.

Our Engineers in the Maintenance Dept at best make routine checks on the hotel property's alarm systems. We have stayed a number of times at Tuscany. We feel a bit unsafe when we walk up to the strip (especially at the corner of Koval, etc.) It would be nice if there was a shuttle to the strip. Tuscany lodging and casino are very nice.

We loved staying at this little hotel. It was really quiet and a quick drive to everything. We stayed for a week. The coffee shop there was really convenient coffee every morning, the pool was packed if you don't get there early you don't get a seat. We absolutely love the steakhouse, Staff was friendly and the drinks are strong! The only downfall for us was our room the shower head was straying everywhere from the connection, the toilet seat was broken so we had to use a wash rag so we didn't get pinched, only half the lights in the bathroom worked they would flicker every once in awhile and we had a track down housekeeping a couple times come back to our room to grab trash, give new wash rags and towels, they said oh we thought we cleaned it, no ma'am you didn't. The elevator was a whole other experience in itself, the panel is coming away from the wall in the elevator so we had the finesse it every time lol it definitely earned a couple giggles from me! We would definitely stay again next trip!

The room was really nice. The only issues being that the telephone in the room didn’t work, one of the lights in the bathroom was burned out and the remote for the TV was dead. That said, the hotel took care of these when brought to their attention.
