Four bathrooms offer both showers and bathtubs, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The house features air conditioning and heating to keep guests comfortable no matter the season. FIRST AND FOREMOST WE DO NOT HOST PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS'S,however you are welcome to celebrate with the people listed on the reservation, additional guests must be approved by the host.
We understand Vegas is known as Sin City the party capital of the US. However, We ask that you don't mistreat the space so that others may enjoy it in the future as well. - We ask that you keep it respectful to our friendly neighbors and keep the noise down in public area's (driveway/back porch) and after hours 10pm - Smoking and Vaping is permitted on the back porch ONLY!. Please take care of your own dishes. clean them, put them back upon check out, If not an additional fee's may apply. Adding People, Adding additional people after you have an confirmed booking is $50 per person (up to the limit). unless you notify us on the same day you booked . Honesty is the Best policy If you are seen "sneaking people in"in addition to the total number on the reservation You will be charged an additional $100 per person . Please be honest with me! . late checkout is 40$ per hour, unless approved by your host previously! we have A tight schedule to keep, and prefer rules be followed.Tampering with the audio or video surveillance system in anyway is immediate grounds for removal . We assume no responsibility for injuries or thefts on the property. -Booking with Children Under 18- Children are welcome but please control them. Communication is Key! please let me know what time you plan to arrive, all that said we are understanding, reasonable and happy to host for you.
