The suite was very comfortable and within minutes walking distance of some of the best attractions Las Vegas offers. Everything we needed was provided, including extra towels for our large group. Communication was almost instant, and we felt like valued guests. I can't speak highly enough of Dan (I think it was he we communicated with) - when Spirit canceled our flight, he went out of his way to help us out in case we needed to stay an extra night. Very highly recommend Stay Together Suites. A most enjoyable stay.

The smoke alarm goes off every time you take a shower because there isn't a vent in the bathroom. The communication was only by text message and I wasn't told about the details of the special check in process before I arrived at the room. The leather on the coffee table is ripped. The remote to the TV only allowed you to change the channel in one direction and for some reason there was a dvd player provided. Finally there are no photos of the actual room that we stayed in. The photos on Expedia are not of the same room we stayed in.

Thank you so much for letting me know these things. We need your feedback to be able to take care of these things and greatly appreciate it. I’m not sure why the smoke alarm was going off, it’s only supposed to detect smoke, but for whatever reason it has been replaced as has the TV remote. The DVD player is for those guests with children who want to checkout dvds from our library of dvds we have for children. I did check the photos and they are of the exact room you stayed in. We have added 2 additional beds and those pictures have now been added to the photos. Thank you again for taking the time to point these things out so we could fix them. Thank you

We try to make every guest happy and go out of our way to do so. If we are aware there is an issue we resolve it because our number one goal is making sure your stay with us was great.
