The stay was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our morning coffee. Good location with everything near by. Comfy/enjoyable stay!

The property was exactly as listed, was very clean, and the host answered all communications very quickly. There is a bit of street noise that you can hear -- it didn't bother us too much when sleeping, but you can hear it from the bedrooms. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to stay near Vegas and off the strip!

Super clean, comfy place with all needed amenities provided. The only detraction is the road noise, as was mentioned in other reviews. Not being a city person, it was hard to adjust to.

Communication was fast and courteous. She addressed the one issue we had due to our own fault. The location was easy to find. I will definitely look into booking it again when we decide to come back to Las Vegas!

These owners put thought into everything. Very comfortable and clean with all amenities we needed. Had plenty of items stocked and available which we have had an issue with on other properties. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, soap, pillows and blankets. Will stay again!

Nice, quiet place to stay

Had excellent communications with the property manager. The location is indeed very close to the strip. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The dishwasher was reasonably quite. The washer and dryer int he unit were very handy. The layout of the condo complex is less than optimal, but nothing can be done about that. Overall, I would stay there again.

Brooke's place is a great spot to land to explore the area. As well as being a short drive to the strip, we also visited Hoover Dam and the Red Rock Canyon area (gorgeous!). The beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of linens and the kitchen is well stocked (complete with coffee). We did not hear any of the neighbors and slept well. You can hear the main street at times -- if you are a very light sleeper you might want ear plugs. Brooke was very responsive, easy to communicate with and we had no problems with entry. An easy stay!

Brooke's place was immaculately clean. Felt so at home, it had everything we needed clearly labeled with detailed instructions, modern and new. Great art and overall decor.We don't gamble so we were not interested in staying on the strip. Perfect location for visiting Chinatown, the Arts District, the strip and the Sphere for a few shows. Unit includes a covered parking space which is a plus during hot weather. Communication with Brooke was always within minutes.Great host, great stay!

Quick getaway

My husband and i needed a local place ti stay to check out vegas from a different view point. The location was lerfect to explore and everything was mega convenient. Brooke was such a lovely host in heloung us find a great pleace to have an early dinner which was on point and very our speed. Her response to any questions was quick and always friendly which made staying at there place even better. The house was perfect had everything we needed and super peaceful. No hesitation we would definitely stay again. Thank you to Brooke and her husband for creating a beautiful space.

it was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful, very clean and well furnished apartment! We had everything we needed in there, and there was plenty of space. The closet is amazing! In the kitchen you can find everything you need. There is Wifi, air-condition, washing mashine, dryer and a dishwasher. The condo is located in a private neighborhood with pool and close to the strip (just 10 to 15 min. by car). It is very quiet. Around the corner you will find some good restauraunts. We would absolutelly stay there again!

Perfect spot

We were in Vegas for a festival and called this place home for a few days! The place was clean and comfortable- exactly as listed. Everything you need was available. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The only thing we can note is not a negative about the vrbo or host themselves at all, but rather location if you’re not driving your own vehicle. Ubers and lifts to the strip can be expensive especially with events in the area. Lyft was much more reliable than uber! Overall, we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas.

Super Bowl Weekend Trip

Overall a great place to stay and Brooke was always quick to respond before, during, and after the trip. The rental has all the amenities and then some, i.e., washer and dryer in the unit. The only "negative", which is not reflective of the unit itself, were the Uber drivers. GPS would take them to a back gate that was closer to the unit but was not open. So to make it easier we started giving the address to the main office and then walk up to the gate for pickup. Thanks Brooke for a nice and comfy stay!

Clean, modern, quiet accommodation

Extremely clean, modern, and quiet rental in large gated community. The unit had two good sized bedrooms complete with walk-in closet, one modern bathroom, open dining, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need for short or long term stay. The unit was also had a washer/ dryer (complete with detergent) and anything else that you may need (hair dryer, iron, Keurig, etc. The unit had reserved (covered) parking right outside the door and the complex was complete with pools and a nice gym. The owner was extremely responsive throughout the entire rental process and would typically respond to questions within a couple minutes. The location was about three miles to the strip. This place completely met our needs. I would stay here again on my next trip to LV.
