It's interesting that this is designated as a "penthouse floor" yet there are 9 penthouse floors above it. We found this to be a good value; clean, quiet & comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were communicated to the owner which did not impact our stay. There are at least 5 remotes in the unit which made TV operation a challenge at first. Some labeling & basic instructions would be helpful.

Wonderful stay!

A perfectly sized suite for me and my daughter. Great location, and a lot of things to do within walking distance! Mark was super quick to communicate and had great recommendations for restaurants!

Great place to stay

The location is prime being so close to the strip but far enough away to be peaceful. Friendly staff and great layout of the property. Only complaint is the valet has too many greedy employees who don’t give any kind of good customer service unless a tip of 20 plus is put in front of them.

Great studio location

Very nice spacious studio for family of 3. Clean and great location. Quick walk to MGM pool. Quick walk to strip and centrally located. Easy check-in process. Studio had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to Vegas and this studio fit the bill perfectly. Mark, the host, was terrific - very responsive and concerned that we had everything we needed. Also, perfect location -walkable to just about anything you might want or need. Studio was well stocked and bed was really comfortable. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.

There were lots of things I liked about the property. It was clean, and I loved the jetted bathtub. I know many people like to head to Starbucks for coffee first thing in the morning, but I like coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot, but it was too small. We stayed a week, so I asked for towels twice. The owner answered my requests for towels promptly, but the owner thought I was requesting too many as evidenced by his comments to me. The pool was very nice, and being able to use MGM Grand's amenities was nice also. This property didn't gave a balcony, and I mistakenly thought it did, which was my fault. MGM wasn't that great a property, and to get to it required a lot of walking. If we go back, I plan on staying somewhere else.

Perfect penthouse for a week in vegas

Mark’s penthouse was the perfect base for a week experiencing Vegas. Easy check-in, great communication, and a little taste of luxury with views of the city. Definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

This property is a 10/10. Located a few short blocks from the strip it provides so much more than a strip hotel - a spacious suite including fridge, microwave and cooktop, comfortable seating and bed and an exceptional bathroom including great amenities. You won't regret this one

Beautiful Room and Location

The check-in process is so easy and everyone is so kind. Be ready with lots of cash for the valet and bell hops though. The 29th floor has a great view!The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable! I'm buying those pillows for myself as soon as possible. The kitchenette had more amenities than we even used, but it was nice to have available to us. The bathroom was very large, and the tub was my favorite amenity. There was plenty of soap and toiletries available. The pool area closed pretty early so that was disappointing, but it looked like fun. The location is decent, and you can get the monorail very easily from here. It was nice to have the Starbucks available in the hotel and plenty of locations to buy a drink or snacks. Overall, great stay in the hotel style stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We ran into a few issues, but Mark resolved them right away. We have been staying at Signature for years, and perfect location for the NFR. The building is getting a bit old and in need of renovation. Overall, it was a good stay, and Mark was awesome. Extremely responsive and helpful.

Perfect location for what we wanted do.

At this time expect TONS of construction getting to the property due to Formula 1 race next month. Leave early for your outings!! Played Top Golf for the first time. This property is easily accessible to Top Golf without driving. All in all this property was wonderful. Only had 4 bath towels. No wash clothes, hand towels, dish towels and dish cloths.

Ok for a brief stay

This property could be excellent with a few updates and perhaps a deep clean. The iHome you read about in the reviews is referring to basically just an alarm clock. Some usb and usb-c plug ins would be great. There were 4 of us. We used the pull out queen and you can feel every single spring and bar under the mattress. We tried to soften it by using the comforter as a “mattress pad.” The king bed is very comfortable if there’s only 2 of you. The carpets could use a steam clean and there’s significant amount of dust on baseboards, pictures and things that I guess aren’t cleaned on a normal bases. The bed skirt is torn and the comforter had a ver large stain on it. We did have difficulty getting ahold of the owner, but he did eventually answer with an apology and said the comforter would be replaced. Overall I’d call it a good stay. The large bathroom and spacious room was a huge plus. It’s just getting its fair share of wear and could use some TLC.

Security issue

The unit was very clean and I loved the additional decor. However, there was a security issue where I called and messaged Host Mark Wilson. He responded 24 hours later.There was a gentlemen who claimed to be housekeeping that entered the unit. My business partner nor I requested a housekeeping during our stay. Once my business partner informed him we were a VRBO guest and did not request housekeeping he left. Shortly after he left, the phone rung and the voices were identical. He asked did we want housekeeping, she informed him no. We remained in this unit afraid that he may return while we were sleep or not in the unit.

Good Location but Bad Communication and Check In

Great property and a top tier location. Somethings were broken (bathroom outlet) and others were just old. There was an "ihome" dock...that would be great to use if anyone still owned an original iPod. Let's get into the not so great. Check in! Arrived around 1, so we dropped luggage off no problem and went to gamble. Remember, the listing says no check in before 3. Attempt #1: We get back around 3:30, we have reservations at Morimoto at 4:30. Plenty of time? Front desk attendant gave us wrong room number (and I missed the details--so my fault) Key doesnt work, Bellhop lets us in and someone is in there. Oops Attempt #2: We go back and get right key to right room. We walk up and the door is propped open but no one is inside but there is a bookbag and other belongings. I get mad. Then a young man, who we had walked passed playing on his phone in the hallways, rushes in and apologizing. Its 4pm and the room is not clean. I attempt to message the host on the app (no reply) and call the host number. I get a call back and the man on the other end of the phone isnt the person "in charge" of the Vegas property. He isnt really sympathetic. The cleaner is still cleaning and making the bed around 4:15. He finally leaves the room so I can get changed and we're late. The rush clean job consisted of an unclean bathroom and 1/4 of toilet roll remaining in the bathroom. My biggest gripe is that, check in is 3. Had we stayed an hour past check out qt 11, we would have been charged $20
