The location was perfect for what we were looking for! Quiet neighborhood, spacious home. Close to everything but far enough from the strip. Terry was an very responsive host, the place was just as described, I will definitely return to this house in the future!

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

This was an amazing property in an adorable neighborhood. It is amazing how peaceful and quiet this home is when it is a 10 minute Uber ride to the heart of the action in Freemont or the Strip. Terry is a phenomenal host who was attentive and responsive. The house is nicely appointed with a great layout for friends, couples, or families. If you like a clean and quiet place to stay as a respite from the craziness that is Las Vegas, this is the place for you.

Great option for bigger parties!

We had six adults staying for a concert and we all got our own beds. The property was close to the venue and airport making it very convenient and centrally located. The host was very responsive to messages and the check in/out process was easy. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here! It was clean, quiet and spacious for a family of 6. It was away from the strip yet close enough for a quick drive there if you wanted. We would definitely recommend this place!!

The house was great!! Plenty of room and very clean. Sometimes its just better to stay off the strip and hotels and this house is in a fantastic location close to it all. This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It was close to the strip but provided a quiet place where we could just relax and hang out. Lots of space, comfy beds, a great back yard. I would highly recommend. The property manager was very responsive.

Well run company

Everything to do with our stay was good.They even ordered a folding chair for us when we needed another seat at the dining room table. There were many towels and everything was working properly. It would be nice to have a dresser in the master and a side table in one of the bedrooms that had two large beds. Since it was winter, we did not use the backyard/pool.
