Girls trip

The location was perfectly situated in the middle of everything we wanted to do. It was nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Short drive to the strip

Overall property is essentially as advertised, extremely easy check-in process. Very clean, comfortable space with great value as far as location. 5 adults in my party and did not feel crowded.

Perfect Stay

My wife, son, and I were recently in Las Vegas for a quick weekend getaway and the stay was absolutely perfect! The room was very comfortable and the owner- Tyas was extremely nice and hospitable. It was super close to and from the airport. There were plenty of stores/restaurants closeby. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip. We definitely recommend this stay and would stay here again on our next visit!

Good place, great host

The host, Tyas, was great— kind, helpful and hospitable! He was quick to communicate and solve the minor problems that came up during our stay, and just generally a cool guy. The stay is a clean, decent-sized studio with a functional kitchen, queen bed, two couches and driveway parking conveniently located in a quiet, private neighborhood. We were able to comfortably cook, sleep, and hang out for a long weekend. I'd definitely recommend staying at Tyas' place!

Quick Stop in Vegas

Easy to find from the airport, quiet neighborhood when we arrived at 11:30pm. This was a perfect place to sleep off the jetlag. Only confusion i had was the door alarm. It went off when going into the house and then again when i tried to leave to get something out of the car. Since it was late at night i was afraid i had disturbed the rest of the house. Otherwise comfortable stay! Would book again. Bpu again when i tried

A diverse variety of shops nearby. Lots of great Restaurants available and close by. Lodging was clean comfortable and as advertised. When we travel back to Gilbert area we hope it is available!
